Cancellation Policy

 

  We understand that situations arise which make cancelling your booking unavoidable. However, late cancellations can be difficult to fill and we may well have already turned much business away.

  At the time of making a reservation, we ask for your debit/credit card details to charge £50.00 per room deposit. This is non refundable. If however you give us 15 days notice of the cancellation & we can accommodate you at another time, we may be able to move the deposit on to that booking, if we can re let the room to someone else.

  We do not keep any card details so no other monies will be taken for the cancelled stay .
