Double-fronted Guest House.

We are a stones throw from Town but in quiet location.

We have 8 letting bedrooms inc. Family, Twin, Double both En-suite & Standard

Separate, Fully-tiled Bath/shower rooms and loos (on the First Floor)

All available to Holiday-makers at very reasonable, competitive nightly rates

We can seat 18 in the Dining room for Breakfasts,

which we offer at staggered times between 8a.m. - 9 :15a.m. 

Earlier Breakfasts available upon request.

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room on the ground floor.

Our mouth-watering, traditional Cumbrian Breakfast will set you up for the day.

We use locally-made Farmhouse Sausage and Fresh Local eggs.
Continental or vegetarian alternatives are available
 

Although rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure
- luggage may be left with us for collection later on that day if required. 
 

We are open all year except Xmas Eve and Xmas Day.

Flasks filled upon request (small charge)

Walks Route Maps available for use.

Parking is on-street and Free

but during busy times we are very close to the Town's Car Parks
